pricing · revision 1 · departments, not seats
Pay for departments and for what they use. Never for seats.
A department is a flat monthly fee with its equipment included and as many people as you like. Usage is the provider's price plus a margin printed on every receipt. The first department is free.

the tariff
Five lines. That is the whole bill.
Prices in US dollars, excluding VAT. Every line appears on your receipt by name.
USD 0
per month
Workshop
One department to run for real, free, with the receipt on every run. For a firm trying Q on one job, the chase or the renewal, before it pays anything.

Department
Operations, finance, people or records, with as many people as the department has. The Elementary system it runs on is included, and so are the connections to the systems you already have.

Usage
Model calls are billed at the provider's own price plus twenty percent. Both figures are printed on every receipt, so the margin is never hidden inside a credit.

why no seats
A seat is a tax on adoption.
Seat pricing charges a firm more for letting more of its people use the tool, which is the opposite of what a department is for. Q charges for the department and for the work it does. Twenty people or two hundred, the department costs the same, and the usage line says exactly what the work cost.
The equipment is part of the department. A finance department comes with the billing system it runs on; an operations department with the CRM. You are not asked to buy them again. Where you already have systems of your own, they are connected and included.
The margin on usage is a published number, printed beside the provider's price on every receipt. It is the only honest way to charge for tokens, and no one else returns a receipt to print it on.
